Internal Workshop, November 2023

In November, our team gathered once more, this time at the scenic Juelsminde Strandhotel, for our project's second two-day workshop.

Continuing from where we left off, our agenda was packed with activities aimed at deepening our collective understanding and advancing our project significantly.

A unique aspect of this workshop was the presence of a journalist and a photographer who joined us for the duration. They conducted interviews and captured photographs and recordings of our activities, which will be used for communication purposes. This added an exciting dimension to our workshop, allowing us to document our progress and the vibrant dynamics of our team interactions.

Our workshop kicked off with a thorough review of the status of each work package, ensuring that everyone was on the same page regarding our progress and immediate objectives.

A highlight of our time together was an excursion to Daugaard, one of our pilot areas. Here, we had the invaluable opportunity to observe an ongoing borehole drilling campaign firsthand. This experience not only enriched our practical knowledge but also reinforced the importance of our work in the field.

Back at the workshop, we dove into several intensive group sessions focused on the development of the expert system which is key for our project. Discussions revolved around the system's expected outputs and the necessary inputs to achieve these outcomes. These collaborative sessions were crucial for brainstorming and integrating diverse perspectives, driving our project forward.

As we navigated through various discussions, a consensus began to emerge on the essential components for the first iteration of our solution prototype. We carefully defined what to include in this initial version, ensuring a balance between ambition and feasibility. Additionally, our forward-looking discussions touched upon elements to be incorporated in future iterations, setting a clear direction for our project's development path.

By the end of our two days, we had not only consolidated our understanding and methodology but also laid out a concrete plan for the first prototype of our solution.
